Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Product
Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all attachments, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
